My mother moved out of state causing me to have to rent a room monthly sonce February and i did research and for the price i pay the rooms are large and spacious. The neighbors watch out for each other. Its in a great location to bus routes, post office, stores, and food. The couple that owns it are very friendly and its like a family setting here. Not to mention the house keeping lady is very nice and always around daily if you need clean towels. I have not had anything missing or stolen. The owners and there housekeepers are not those kind of people. I wouldn't choose anywhere to stay besides this hotel. All visitors must check in to keep everyone safe and secure. So i really appreciate all the safety measures they have in place to keep people protected. Plus the on ground laundry facility save you alot of money each monthy where you dont have to go anywhere to wash your clothes.
So the rooms might not be luxurious but they have the basic essentials. I've been staying there for 3 months now and have no complaints. I have small children who are extremely messy, one of the things I love is not worrying about being charged for dirtying the towels. I love this place it's the cheapest in town. I've never been bothered by anyone and it's conveniently located
I am more than happy to and more than satisfied with my long term stay here!! Yes i said long term stay! i know many many many years ago the previous owner didnt take very good, if any care, to the hotel grounds, top to bottem!!! But im excited and pleased to pass on the fantastice news of how great this hotel has advanced!! the grounds are clean the rooms are well taken care of and have just what you need to take care of yourself and theres even enough room to have a guest over from time to time (for those long term guests). From your first personal greeting/check in to the amazing housekeeping lady, to the daily regulars, and the out of towners even the strangers around these parts arent feeling stranger and stranger lol like way back in the day!! its become such a healthy, friendly, happy place to come stay for a night or stay for a short vacation, im grateful i took the chance again!!! And you should absolutely try it out too!!!
Great location lots of stores and food options near by. Super affordable. Allows pets which was a super plus for me and doesnt charge a crazy amount for them like other motels. The couple that runs the place are super kind and friendly non judgmental people understanding of people's situations and seem to have a genuine compassion for people and animals. They have all visitors check in which is GREAT because you wont experience all the crazy nonsense you do in other cheap motels and that keeps this place pretty quiet and peacfull for the most part wich for the price is seriously a one in a million. Weve been told from alot of people around here since they took over this place it has improved a ton. They have a extremely affordable laundry facility wich has saved us a TON of money during our stay, and the cleaning lady is super sweet and always near by if you need some clean towels. My husband is in construction and this is the third motel we have had to stay at temporarily. This one by far is the cleanest quietest most affordable with a super friendly environment for us and our fur babies. You will not find anything close to what you get here for even close to the same price.
